Author: Tudor Rus
Tudor’s first encounter with cars took place when he was only a child. Back then, his father brought home a Trabant 601 Kombi and a few years later, a Wartburg 353. At that time, he was too young to know how they worked and way too young to drive them. But he could see one thing. Each of them had a different ethos, its own unique personality and as time went by he started seeing that in other cars as well. He was lucky enough to be in Wales just as Sebastien Loeb was securing his 8th World Rally Championship title during Wales Rally GB 2011 and wrote a guest blog for ITV News covering the rally atmosphere in Cardiff. It was love at first sight with rally racing and it still goes on to this moment. Tudor likes his (dream) cars beautiful, with power coming second place. Word of advice: avoid conversations involving hunchbacks like X5, X6, Q5, and Q7 unless you like being given the cold shoulder.
