Road of Bones, Pamir, The Balkans. I had some great trips with these bikes – here are my insights
Let’s make a recap. I took the F850GS from Bucharest and traveled to Magadan, Siberia on the Road of Bones: 6.000 km. Then, picked up my CRF1000L Africa Twin in Bishkek and rode it on the dusty roads of Kyrgyzstan and on the Pamir Highway. And the last one to try was the KTM 790 Adventure – from its hometown – Mattighofen – to Bucharest via Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro & Serbia – some serious parts of TET included.
I made this video as a technical follow-up for these trips. It includes what I liked and disliked about these bikes, and which are the differences. You can watch it above or directly on our YouTube channel.
