The new Honda CBR Fireblade will cost you $16.999
Honda released the price list for its updated superbike. The US fans can now buy the latest CBR1000RR starting from $16.999. Will the new Blade be up for that money? We can only wait and see.
The prices are only available for the North American market. The base model costs $16.999 and $19.999 for the CBR1000RR SP, but if you really want to be in “Total Control” you have to pay $24.999 for the SP2 model. Even the base model is more expensive than Suzuki's GSX-R1000 and Kawasaki ZX-10R.
The Japanese manufacturer claims that their new superbike is the lightest, most powerful, and faster CBR1000RR Honda ever produce. Is has the lowest weight number in the class and it is the first Honda to have Ride-By-Wire Throttle. Judging by the tech sheet, it might work its way on the podium in the world class competitions.
