Not quite a bargain
We have the price for the new BMW Navigator VI. It will cost about €750 in Europe (+/- 3% depending on the country) and it will be available in late March/ early April.
The new BMW Navigator VI is almost €100 more expensive than the Navigator V. The new navigation device will be on sale along the old product and will not replace it, so you can choose the one you like the most.
BMW Navigator VI is compatible both with the new and old BMW mounting systems.
It works with K 1600 GT, K 1600 GTL, K 1600 GTL Exclusive, R 1200 GS (from 2013), R 1200 GS Adventure (from 2014), R 1200 RT (from 2014), R 1200 R (from 2015), R 1200 RS (from 2015), S 1000 XR, more models to follow. All holders for the Navigator V can also be used for the Navigator VI without exception.
The new system retains the same external dimensions as before, as well as the 5" display, which, thanks to the inclusion of a circular polarisation filter, now benefits from enhanced readability, particularly in strong and even direct sunlight.

– Internal Storage Increased: 8 GB to 16GB
– Circular Polarisation Filter – better visibility in sunlight
– "Avoid main roads" features. Used in conjunction with the existing "Avoid motorways" function, selecting the most suitable roads for motorcycling is now even better.
– "Natural Guidance" function – navigation instructions also provide precise descriptions of the surroundings.
