Suzuki gets a new member – the GSX-S750 naked roadster
The propulsion unit for this naked will be the 749 cc four-stroke, liquid-cooled, inline-four that powers the 750 GSX-R modified for day to day use. Suzuki claims that is more powerful than the 750 GSR. The new engine has a lot of high-tech features like the Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV), transistorized digital ignition and Suzuki secondary Air-Injection (PAIR), all of this resulting with an extra 8 HP. The traction control system and ABS will be present on this new GSX.
The power delivery will come in three modes with a lot of mid-range power and great acceleration.
The braking system is equipped with 310 mm dual-piston radial calipers for increased stopping power. The suspension is provided by KYB, the front fork is up-side-down 41 mm with pre-load adjustments only, the rear has also only preload adjustments.
The looks are completely new. The bodywork has an aggressive look, the details are in tone with the urban theme. The LCD dashboard is completely new, with analog tachometer and gear indicator, while the healight keeps the GSR shape.
