Leaked photos with the new Gold Wing
The Honda Gold Wing is one of the most famous touring motorcycles worldwide. It's Honda’s flagship touring machine for more than three decades. This year a new restyled and improved Gold Wing will be launched for the 2018 season. The colleagues at maxxmoto managed to put their hands on a few photos of the model before the official release at the end of October.
The new Gold Wing will feature the same flat-six engine bought to Euro4 regulations and hopefully more with a bit more power. The classic front suspension will be replaced by a Hossack-styled unit like the one on BMW’s K-series.
The looks are sharper with a sporty look while the infotainment unit and the controls make it look like the cockpit of a spaceship. The whole bike looks very good, and the changes seem to be heading in the right direction. We have to wait until October 24 for a complete spec sheet.
