More than 1400 motorcycles under the same roof

This motorcycle Mecca is the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum in Birmingham, Ala and it hosts more than 1,400 motorcycles that span over 100 years of production.
The Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum got its place in the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest motorcycle collection in the world. The museum was started back in 1988 when the first motorcycles were acquired. The collection spans over 100 years, starting with a motorized bicycle to modern day motorcycles from over 200 manufacturers from 20 countries.
More than 99% of the motorcycles are in running condition. The museum also has a restoration shop and commits to bring bikes back to life with the original trim. Besides motorcycles, at the Barber Vintage Motorsports you can also see the largest collection of Lotus cars.
The most interesting pieces in the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum are bikes like the Britten, 1951 Vincent Black Shadow, Jhon Surtees MV Agusta or the famous military Harleys like the Ginny. So if you come close to Birmingham, Ala take a few hours or a few weeks to visit the Museum.
