The price makes it even more attractive. Would you buy it?

KTM 790 Adventure is one of the most anticipated adventure bikes of the moment. And, finally, after lots of speculations, KTM announced the official pricing for the 2019 street line-up which includes the 790 Adventure. Here’s the base price for the USA:

2019 KTM Adventure (White or Orange): $12,499
2019 KTM Adventure R: $13,499

The price doesn’t include factory options like cruise control and heated grips. 

690 Enduro R: $11,699
1090 Adventure R: $14,999
1290 Super Adventure R: $18,499

The prices weres announced by the KTM Twins dealer in the USA. It will be available in the USA in early May. 

KTM also revealed the price for the European marketsand it was already published on the official websites for different markets:

So KTM put the 790 Adventure just between the 690 Enduro R and 1090 Adventure R. It will be a direct rival to BMW’s F850GS, which has a $12,895 base price, but if you want all the fancy electronics and comfort options you must pay up to $16,000. 

The 790 Adventure is built around the 799 LC8c inline-twin engine, that develops 95 horsepower. Compared to the street version, this one was tuned to offer more torque in the lower rpm range. The dry weight: 189 kg  – which means that the wet weight should be somewhere around 210 kg. There’s a 20 litre low-positioned fuel tank that ensures a claimed 450 km range. The R version is focused on performance, with different suspension and a generous package of electronics that includes cornering ABS and four riding modes.
