Mash Motors is a French brand based in Levernois, France who likes to build neo-retro motorcycles with an affordable quality-price ratio. One of their latest models, Mash X-Ride Classic 650, is a statement of that and it’ll be available starting this summer at European motorcycle dealerships and overseas at a price tag of €5,595.
Mash X-Ride Classic 650 is a mixture between a scrambler and a ’70s adventure motorcycle. It looks quite similar to a Yamaha XT 500. It’s fitted with a 643cc single-cylinder, four-stroke engine with air and oil cooling. The power delivery stands at 40 hp (29,4 kW) at 6,000 rpm and a maximum torque level of 44 Nm (32.4 ft-lbs) at 4,500 rpm. Moreover, it’s also fitted with a DELPHI electronic fuel injection and an electric starter.
Other components include 17-inch spoked wheels with a gold paint scheme, a conventional fork, mudguard and a stylish seat. The braking system is provided by a single 320mm disc on the front with a radial 4 pistons caliper while on the rear it’s fitted with a 240 mm disc and a one-piston caliper. It has a 12 liter fuel tank which helps the bike have a dry weight of 177 kg.
Mash claims that their X-Ride Classic 650 model was built as simple as possible, and it’s easy to ride. Furthermore, it’s also quite affordable at a price tag of €5,595 and features a two-year warranty with unlimited mileage.
