Neo-Classic interpretation of a new CB1000R?
The guys at Honda released two teasers over the past few months with their latest concept, the Neo Sports Cafe. The Concept was finally revealed at the Tokyo Motor Show today, and we have to admit we wouldn't mind seeing it heading to production. The Concept blends a modern-classic theme with futuristic lines, and it's a pleasure to stare at.
The round headlight and the naked body keeps the classic theme while the flowing lines of the gas tank and the two-tone saddle give the bike a modern touch. Will this be a cafe racer derived CB1000R?
The engine, on the other hand, seems to be the old CBR1000RR in-line four that first came up in 2004. At a closer look, the Neo Sports Cafe Concept is fitted with quick shifter and LCD dash, but we would love to see something new in the engine compartment. What’s going on Honda?
