New Africa Twin Adventure Sports - Unboxing & Engine Start-up 1

This Africa Twin Adventure Sports is our test-ride machine. As soon as it gets a number plate, we’ll be riding it on-road and off-road, in the city and on longer trips and we’ll come up with an in-depth review. But before that, we wanted to know each-other since its first start.

The Adventure Sports has nothing to do with sportiness. Instead, it’s an oversized version of the standard Africa Twin – better weather protection, larger fuel tank (500 km claimed range), heated grips and crash-bars as standard and a 30th-anniversary magic touch.

On the other hand, it packs the same electronic update as the standard version: ride by wire acceleration, riding modes, 7 stage + off traction control. No tubeless tires and no cruise control yet.

Curious about the new Africa Twin Adventure Sports? Write down your questions, and we’ll answer all of them in the upcoming review. You can watch the film in the window above or directly on our YouTube channel.
