Triumph Scrambler 1200 Teaser #5

Triumph Scrambler 1200 teaser #5 1

The British manufacturer is continuously bringing up new models and widening up their motorcycle range. For the Modern Classics, a new model is about to show up on October 24. The much wanted Triumph Scrambler 1200 is the bike we all wait to show up. The teasing has reached the fifth video, but we only get bits of the bike.

Fortunately, the bike has been already spied testing earlier this year, and we can correlate some parts that we know already, and the bike that’s about to be unveiled looks just like the prototype. There’s the same up-side-down front suspension in gold trim, the bench saddle, the twin pipes that swipe along the bike on the left side just like the ones on the spy shots.

The engine will be the parallel-twin released by Triumph in 2016 for the Bonneville series that powers all the bikes in the big modern classics range. We’ve tested this engine on various models like the Speedmaster, Bobber and Thruxton and we are more than appreciative about the performance and reliability that this power plant offers.

A thing is for sure October 24 is not that far, and we will get to see new Triumph Scrambler 1200 in its production-ready trim.
