Modern-classic twin for the American riders
The Japanese manufacturer widens up the US market line up with its FZ-07 derived retro modern bike, the XSR700. The decision was announced at the AIMExpo and hopefully will share the success of the FZ-09 and FZ-07.
The new FZ-07 is a complete hit for Yamaha, and it was very well received worldwide. The XSR700 shares the same engine and frame with the FZ-07. The CP2 689cc twin produces a peak power of 55 KW. The wet weight is 182 kg full with liquids. The coolest feature of the FZ-07 is the agility and manoeuvrability that makes it ideal for everyday use.
The price tag will stand at $8,499 MSRP, and it will be available starting in October 2018. So you better start saving.
