Norden 901 is the first big adventure bike from Husqvarna. And what a premiere! You can say it’s a Husqvarna without having to look at the badge, and it looks stunning.
Down under the fairing is the new twin-cylinder engine derived from the 790. It’s already on the 890 Duke, where it produces 125 horsepower. The swingarm looks similar to the one on the 790 Adventure, and the low fuel tank seems to be the same. But just above the tank, there’s a classic fairing which offers an old-school look and better weather protection than on the 790 Adventure.
The seat is adjustable and seems to be wider and more comfortable than the one on the 790. There’s also another cool element at the Norden Concept – just above the TFT Dash, it’s a smartphone with a dedicated app that looks just like a second screen.
The Husqvarna Norden was unveiled at the EICMA show in Milan. We were there, so here’s our walkaround video.
