The V4 super bike is expected to be launched in 2019

According to the new patents analyzed by MCN – the new Honda V4 Superbike will have a cast-aluminum semi-monocoque chassis and a GP-derived V4 engine. Unlike the RCV, it will be a series super bike, meeting the WSB homologation requirements.

Among the new patents revealed we can spot a new tail unit design created for better aerodynamics. Also, all four cylinders are vented through a belly-mounted pipe, unlike the RCV-Style under-seat exhaust.
